The effectiveness of Nimedar is not inferior to the effectiveness of Nimesil in orthopedic practice (prospective study)

I.M. Zazirnyi

Abstract

The article presents the results of a prospective clinical study on the use of Nimedar and Nimesil in the treatment of patients with the first stage of knee osteoarthritis and lumbar degenerative disc disease without any neurological signs. Patients have a significant reduction in pain syndrome on the visual analog scale. In the system of multimodal anesthesia, application of Nimedar led to a decrease in the use of anesthetics after the arthroscopic interventions and the positive dynamics of pain syndrome. The effectiveness of Nimedar was not inferior to the effectiveness of Nimesil.
