Abstract

There was performed a comparative study of effectiveness of cloning human marrow stem stromal cells in the presence of ceramic patterns of biogenous hydroxyapatite received by traditional and microwave sintering. To estimate cloning effectiveness we used the Fridenstein’s method of cloning osteogenous precursor cells modified by V.S. Astakhova. There was determined a significant enhancement in osteogenous activity of human iliac stem stromal cells in the presence of ceramics received by microwave sintering compared to the ceramics obtained by traditional method with inhibited osteogenous activity observed.
