Abstract


Clinical observations include patients of different age groups with juxta- and intraarticular bone fractures, who underwent osteosynthesis using different implants in clinics of traumatology and orthopedics in clinical hospitals № 6 and 8 of Kyiv city (at the premises of the department of orthopedics and traumatology № 1 of National medical academy of postgraduate education named after P.L. Shupyk) from 2008 to 2013. We observed 328 patients with juxta- and intraarticular bone fractures, who underwent various types of osteosynthesis depending on the location, the nature of the fracture by the AO classification, gender and age.
